October 24 | 6 - 7:30 PM | CULINARY SKILLS CLASS
Join Local Matters for another culinary skills class! Participants will learn how to break down a whole chicken step-by-step into various cuts for a variety of uses. You will also learn how to utilize the entire chicken from bones to breast.
Please note that attendance is limited. We also offer a no-cost option to ensure equal opportunity to our classes. You can select the no-cost option when you register.

Things to note:
- Doors open at 5:30 PM and class begins promptly at 6 PM.
- This class will take place in-person at Local Matters' offices.
- We recommend wearing closed-toe shoes for safety.
- To make classes as accessible and inclusive as possible, we respectfully request that individuals sign up for no more than two "no-cost" spots at a time. You can select the no-cost option when you register.
- Every guest must reserve a spot in order to attend. If you plan to bring friends or family members with you, please reserve the number of spots needed for your entire party.
